HQ4Baseball & Softball is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of throwing, fielding, hitting, pitching, catching, base running and more. We offer the best value in baseball and softball training, with a great staff of former college and professional players, including the top high school coaches in the area. Private lessons are available by appointment, or players can join one of our training groups.

We run the best Summer Camp program in our market, and produce baseball Training  DVDs and softball training DVDs to teach players and coaches the proper mechanics of pitching, hitting, fielding & more.

We offer the Clippers Developmental Travel Team Program to prepare serious players to advance to the next level. We also offer independent teams the opportunity to get help with training on pitching, hitting, catching, etc. as well as the best price around on renting indoor practice space.

HQ4Baseball & Softball is heavily involved with youth organizations in our area, providing Coaches’ Clinics and other training. We also sponsor the Carolina Challenge Baseball League, which runs tournaments for challenge teams from area associations.
