HQ4Baseball Catcher Clinics are designed to train young catchers on the fundamentals of the Catcher position: Receiving, Blocking and Throwing. Players will be taught the Signal Stance, Receiving Stance with no base runners, and Receiving Stance with runners on base. Each 1 hour session will be full of drills to teach them how to Frame the Pitch, Block pitches in the dirt, and proper technique to make quick and accurate throws.

The Clinics are on Thursday Evenings: Jan. 5th, Jan. 12th, Jan. 19th, Jan. 26th, Feb. 2nd, Feb. 9th

6 pm: ages 8 to 10

7 pm: ages 11 to 12

8 pm: ages 13 to 15
