
9 week training program designed to prepare players for the spring season. Players will spend about half the time on hitting, and the balance on defense. Hitting drills will focus on balance, short swings, strong rotation and driving the ball. Defense will work on pitching, fielding, and throwing. Sessions last 1 hour and are on Saturday mornings.
