
Dynamic training program led by Coach Shelton Grant, designed to improve your player’s quickness and overall athleticism. The spring sessions are twice per week, on Tuesdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 10 am. There are a total of 12 sessions, each lasting 55 minutes. The program is open to both baseball and softball players.
Dates: March 6th, 9th, 13th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, 30th
April 3rd, 6th, 10th, 13th
Cost: $199 for the 12 session program
