
This Speed & Agility Program is led by Coach Shelton Grant. It will help your player develop better balance and foot speed, as well as help with overall strength and conditioning. Learn better running techniques to improve speed, and to become a better all round athlete.
Sessions are on Saturday mornings: Jan. 7th, Jan. 14th, Jan. 21st, Jan. 28th, Feb. 4th, Feb. 11th
