HQ4Baseball & Softball offers team practice space to rent to independent teams that need a place to practice indoors for the winter, during the season, or on rainy days. We provide a flexible training space at a very good price. Best of all, you don't have to worry about anyone bothering you or your players with a sales pitch for some program. We promise to respect your privacy. If you need a pitching coach or a hitting coach, we are happy to provide one; just ask about a coach when you book the space.  

A four station practice area includes one long batting cage, one short (35 ft.) batting cage, a T or soft toss area, and a full bullpen with two pitching rubbers. The cages can be pulled back so that teams can do throwing progressions, ground ball work, or other defensive drills. A practice area includes the use of L-Screens, sock nets, baseballs, and an Iron Mike Pitching machine.
